Africa’s first summit on quality improvement and innovation in health care was hosted by the Best Care…Always! Campaign in conjunction with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement at the Hospital Association South Africa (HASA) Conference from 28-30 October 2013 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
